Apple Store Offline Before New iPhone 17 Announcement
Well, folks, it looks like Apple's online store is currently unavailable! If I had to guess, I'd say it's because they're gearing up for their big product announcement later today. They're calling it the "Awe dropping" event, so it sounds like we're in for some exciting news.
What exactly are they planning to unleash upon us? Word on the street is that we're likely to see the iPhone 17 lineup, including the standard iPhone 17, the iPhone 17 Air (whatever that may be!), and the high-end iPhone 17 Pro. If you're in the market for a new watch, get ready because they're also rumored to be unveiling the Apple Watch SE 3, the Apple Watch Series 11, and even a new Apple Watch Ultra 3. And for those who love their tunes, there's talk of the AirPods Pro 3 making their debut.
Beyond the hardware, many expect Apple to finally reveal the launch dates for their next major software updates. I'm personally excited to see what iOS 26 brings to the table, as well as the latest version of macOS, which is apparently codenamed Tahoe.
I think that while new iPhones are exciting, the software updates are what really keep me invested in the Apple ecosystem. New features and improvements can breathe fresh life into older devices. So, even if I don't upgrade my phone every year, I'm always eager to see what the next version of iOS has in store.
